FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What purity grades do your electronic chemicals come in?

Grades from 4N (99.99%) to 6N (99.9999%) with trace metal impurities controlled at the ppm or ppb level as required.

How are trace metals measured and reported?

ICP-MS trace metal analysis is performed on every batch and the individual metal values are listed on the COA.

Do your products meet SEMI standards?

Key process chemicals are supplied against the relevant SEMI specifications, and custom specifications can be agreed for dedicated lines.

Which applications do you cover?

Wafer cleaning and etching, photoresist intermediates, plating chemistries and precision cleaning formulations for semiconductor and display manufacturing.

What packaging is available?

From 500 ml and 1 L bottles for labs to 20 L drums, 200 kg drums and IBC totes; dedicated clean filling is available for high-purity grades.

How is contamination prevented during filling?

High-purity products are filtered and filled in clean conditions into pre-cleaned, nitrogen-blown containers with lot traceability.

What is the minimum order quantity?

No practical minimum for bottled lab quantities; bulk supply is quoted per project.

How should electronic chemicals be stored?

Cool, dark, moisture-controlled storage away from oxidizers; anhydrous grades should be handled under inert gas once opened.

Can you supply custom formulations or blends?

Yes, we blend to customer specification with agreed impurity limits and dedicated quality control.

What documentation supports each shipment?

COA with full impurity profile, SDS, and for regulated destinations halogen or metal scan reports as needed.
