FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which lithium products do you supply?

Battery-grade and technical-grade lithium carbonate and hydroxide, lithium salts for electrolytes, and organolithium-related specialties.

What is the difference between battery grade and technical grade?

Battery grade controls magnetic impurities, moisture and specific metals such as Ca, Na, Fe and Mg to the ppm level, whereas technical grade serves ceramics, glass and lubricant applications.

How do you ensure low magnetic foreign matter?

Dedicated processing lines with magnetic separation andppb-level control, verified per batch by magnetic foreign matter testing.

What packaging do lithium chemicals ship in?

25 kg bags or composite drums with moisture barrier liners; lithium hydroxide is packed under sealed, dry conditions to prevent CO2 uptake.

Are your products classified as dangerous goods?

Lithium hydroxide is UN Class 8 corrosive; lithium carbonate is not regulated. We provide full DG documentation where applicable.

Can you supply lithium salts for electrolyte use?

Yes, including high-purity LiPF6-related intermediates and lithium bisoxalato borate types, with moisture specified below 50 ppm.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Sample packs from 1 kg, commercial from 500 kg upward for battery-grade materials.

What is the typical lead time?

Stocked technical grades ship within 1 week; battery-grade material typically 3-6 weeks subject to QC release.

How should lithium chemicals be stored?

In sealed original packaging in a dry environment below 40 percent relative humidity; opened packs should be re-sealed under dry gas.

Do you support recycling-grade lithium raw materials?

We supply refined lithium intermediates recovered from secondary sources for customers with closed-loop requirements.
