FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What purity grades are available for OLED materials?

We offer synthetic grade at 99.5% HPLC and vacuum-sublimed grade at 99.9% or higher, suitable for direct evaporation use.

Are the materials suitable for thermal evaporation?

Sublimed grades are pre-purified by vacuum sublimation to remove residual solvents and inorganic salts that would outgas during deposition.

Which functional classes do you cover?

Hole injection and transport materials, electron transport materials, host and dopant emitters, and TADF systems in development quantities.

Can I order research quantities?

Yes, from 100 mg to 10 g for evaluation, with gram-to-kilogram scale-up available once your device programme advances.

How are OLED materials packed?

Amber glass vials sealed under argon with PTFE-lined caps, packed in light-proof boxes with desiccant.

What characterization data is provided?

Each batch ships with HPLC purity, NMR and MS, plus DSC/TGA for sublimed grades on request.

How should the materials be stored?

Store sealed at 2-8 degrees C protected from light and oxygen; most materials remain stable for 12-24 months under these conditions.

Do you provide photophysical data?

Typical absorption and emission maxima, PLQY and HOMO/LUMO levels are available in the technical data sheets for emitter and host materials.

Can you synthesize new OLED structures to order?

Yes, our labs handle custom multi-step synthesis of novel intermediates and final materials with full confidentiality.

What is the lead time?

Catalogue sublimed grades usually ship within 1-2 weeks; new custom structures typically need 4-8 weeks.
