FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which surfactant classes do you offer?

Anionic (LAS, AES, AOS), nonionic (APEO-free alcohol ethoxylates), cationic and amphoteric types covering most industrial and household applications.

Do you have APEO-free and biodegradable options?

Yes, our nonionic range is APEO-free and we supply readily biodegradable grades aligned with EU detergent regulation requirements.

What information does the active content tell me?

Active content defines how much pure surfactant versus water or solvent is in the product, so dosing and cost-in-use can be calculated accurately.

Can you recommend an HLB value for my application?

Our technical team recommends HLB ranges for emulsification, wetting, detergency and solubilization tasks and can propose specific grades.

What packaging is available?

200 kg drums, 1000 kg IBC totes and bulk tank supply for high-volume users.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From one 200 kg drum; trial quantities of 20-25 kg are possible for many grades.

Do you supply low-foam surfactants?

Yes, EO-PO block copolymer and silicone-based low-foam wetting agents for machine washing, coatings and agrochemical formulations.

Are your products suitable for personal care?

Selected mild grades such as amphoteric and sulfate-free surfactants are suitable for personal care; cosmetics compliance documents are available.

What is the shelf life?

Typically 12-24 months in sealed original packaging away from freezing and extreme heat.

Can you supply custom blends?

Yes, ready-to-use blends and diluted actives made to your recipe with agreed specifications.
