We supply against EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 and US FDA requirements, with IFRA-compliant fragrance components where relevant.

Do you provide INCI names?

Yes, every cosmetic ingredient is listed with its INCI name and CAS number on the technical and safety documentation.

What documentation supports a Product Information File?

COA, SDS, allergen declarations, heavy metal data and, where needed, preservative efficacy and stability support data.

Do you offer natural and vegan ingredients?

Yes, plant-derived and fermentation-based ingredients are available, with vegan, non-GMO and, for some products, COSMOS-aligned documentation.

What is the typical use level of your actives?

Use levels depend on the ingredient and claim; each TDS gives the recommended dosage range and solubility guidance.

How are ingredients packed?

1-5 kg bottles for development, 25 kg drums for production, and nitrogen-blanketed packs for oxidation-sensitive actives.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From 1 kg for trials; production quantities from 25 kg.

What is the shelf life of cosmetic ingredients?

Typically 12-36 months unopened; oxidation-sensitive actives carry shorter retest dates and should be stored cool and dark.

Can you supply preservatives and their systems?

Yes, including broad-spectrum preservative blends with global regulatory status summarized in the TDS.
